  I used Steadfast for a year and a half and unfortunately their service was very lacking. The property manger was late to the first open and that kicked off a year and a half of near non-stop frustration. Pricing is pretty competitive which at first was great but ultimately taught me the age old lesson that you get what you pay for. When I needed to search for new tenants, these guys did more harm than good and in the end I needed to replace them with a more professional agency. Their handling of that transition was very unprofessional. All in all, if you are the kind of person that wants clear, timely information and an agency with initiative and professionalism, then look elsewhere as all you'll find here is frustration and excuses (when they finally respond...).
